QUTE (Quantum Testbed) is an HPC-based quantum emulation infrastructure designed for the execution and validation of algorithms within the gate-based quantum computing model.
It provides a reproducible environment for the development of quantum circuits, hybrid quantum-classical models, and experimental workflows, enabling iterative testing and evaluation prior to execution on real quantum hardware.
Use of standard frameworks such as Qiskit and PennyLane for the development and evaluation of quantum algorithms.
